I don't know where to start but have to thank you both for the privilege of staying at your villa.  The very moment we arrived we felt right at home and never have I been on a vacation before where I felt such complete and total relaxation in my surroundings as I did at your villa.  Words cannot really describe how we enjoyed staying there. It was just absolutely wonderful, luxurious and immaculate.  We truly loved it and would certainly love the opportunity of staying there again when we next visit Florida.   Upon leaving I cried lol  I wanted to take your villa back home with me! but alas I had to leave it... :-)  All in all we had the best vacation we have had to date and our kids had a fantastic time and just loved everything the villa had to offer along with the experience of seeing Disney and Universal.   We will most definitely be back and I will be contacting you in the near future in the hope your villa will be available for us once more.  So again thank you very much Garry and Susan.

Just to let you know that we had a really fabulous time!  Your home at Fan Palm is absolutely wonderful, it was home from home for us but with lovely sunny weather!  and a pool!   I am going to be writing an article for a National Newspaper in England regarding our holiday as we went to Miami and The Everglades for a couple of days as well and swam with the Dolphins which was out of this world! Would you mind me including details of your home as, believe me, it is highly worthy of it!

Just got back from our vacation in Orlando. Thank you for allowing us to rent and stay in your villa. This was the first time we have ever stayed in a villa and oh boy are we impressed. Your home is splendid – beautifully decorated, well maintained and furnished with everything we would ever need during our stay. It was as if we had never left our homes. Your villa is very ideally located and the community club house was a great place for recreation and entertainment.

Therefore, it is our decision to rent from you again whenever we decide to go back to Florida. And we will definitely recommend your place to our friends and family.

Just wanted to write and say thank you so much for allowing us the opportunity to use your villa.  I did not expect that it would exceed my expectations.  Having organised the holiday for so many people I was so nervous that it wouldn't work out but I think anything could have gone wrong once we got inside that villa.  We were set for two weeks then, whatever happened.  I really don't think there is anything I can say to you that needs improving, we had everything we needed and more and everything was top notch.  My husband and I spent a week of our honeymoon in Florida which is why we wanted to take our families back because we loved it so much.  We were in a hotel though for that period and little did we think that the holiday could be improved so much by the accommodation.  We will now only ever go to a villa and that is down to you and the standard that you have shown us.   

Thank you again.  I know its really only a villa but the villa we stayed in made our holiday it really did.

Your home is absolutely wonderful! It is more than we could have ever expected. All the ‘little’ extra touches like the music and DVDs and internet access really make it feel just like home. The furniture is exquisite. The bed linens, Thomas Kinkade art and all the other décor make it so beautiful. You certainly can’t get this quality in a hotel room. We keep pinching ourselves to make sure this is all real! The spa is just what we need to relax our tired muscles after a long day. Thanks again for your hospitality. This vacation has been a dream come true!

May I say your house is beautiful. We fell in love with the area when we arrived. We had time to kill so we looked around the clubhouse. It’s wonderful. The people there were so friendly. The girl in the sundry shop gave us a tour of the theatre. She even offered to let us watch a movie.  It wet our appetites to see your house. 

We were not disappointed. The house felt so much like home . . in the summer!  My little girl was so excited to see the Harry Potter books.  She was excited because you have the British version.

I want to give you a hearty thank you. The house is everything we ever wanted in a vacation villa. If anything you downplayed how nice it is. 

You have the BEST Florida villa we rented yet. Of all our Florida vacations, this was the best trip we’ve had. We really love it here, if you ever decide to sell, let me know. You earned my repeat business. Thanks for making us feel so welcome.

Yours is a superbly equipped villa, perfect for families. Our daughter was particularly impressed with the excellent selection of DVDs, particularly Shrek. The availability of good books and toys which are too bulky and heavy to travel was also much appreciated. Your 51” monster TV is certainly an impressive unit, even more so with the DVDs as a source. Internet access from the computer was handy too. 

The pool and spa are undoubtedly the warmest we’ve had. The spa was gorgeous, though a little unnerving until you get used to the wandering water jets!

The beds and bedding are the nicest of any rental villa in which we have stayed, very comfortable indeed.

Even though it was only a matter of a couple of miles closer to Disney than other places at which we’ve stayed (Highland Reserve and Loma Vista), it really did feel very much nearer to Disney.
